History
The History tab serves two purposes:
- When an order has not been selected, it is used to search for an order; see Performing a Search for more information
- When an order has been selected from the My Work tab, users can perform the following depending on the order status and the users role:
- Add: note, attachment, or rush
- Edit: service level, borrower, loan number, move order, loan status, resources, master cert, retrieve
- Process Order: flood info, RFI
- Dispute: Edit Dispute, Resolve Dispute
